Narasi Digital sebagai Perpanjangan Pengalaman Pariwisata Musik: Studi Kasus Prambanan Jazz Festival
Abstract
Pariwisata musik merupakan bentuk pariwisata minat khusus yang memadukan hiburan, budaya, dan pengalaman autentik. Di era digital, pengalaman tidak berhenti saat panggung ditutup, ia berlanjut melalui narasi digital di media sosial. Studi ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana komunikasi media digital (DMC) membentuk extended tourism experience pada tiga fase: prafestival, perifestival, dan pascafestival, dengan studi kasus Prambanan Jazz Festival (PJF). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui analisis konten Instagram dengan seleksi purposif berdasarkan tiga kriteria: (1) diunggah pengunjung atau akun resmi; (2) menyebut/menandai PJF; (3) memiliki elemen naratif (caption/suara/visual) yang mencerminkan pengalaman personal, kesan budaya, atau interaksi sosial. Total 50 unggahan dianalisis menggunakan tagar #PrambananJazzFestival2024, #PJF2024, #SatuDekadeBersama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pada prafestival, narasi digital membangun antisipasi dan niat kunjungan; (2) pada perifestival, konten waktu nyata memperluas jangkauan ke audiens yang tidak hadir dan membentuk emotional community; (3) pada pascafestival, konten rekap dan testimoni menguatkan memory-making dan memperpanjang gaung festival di ruang digital. Peran DMC bukan hanya sebagai promosi, melainkan sebagai pengungkit keterlibatan emosional dan kokreasi makna yang memperpanjang pengalaman pariwisata. Kontribusi studi ini adalah pemetaan peran DMC lintas fase, memperkaya kajian experience economy, identitas budaya, dan pengelolaan festival melalui integrasi narasi digital. Melalui fungsi pengawasan, Komisi VII DPR RI perlu mendorong pemerintah untuk menetapkan standar pelaporan dampak digital (user-generated content (UGC), jangkauan, keterlibatan, porsi narasi budaya) sebagai prasyarat fasilitas/insentif; memperkuat infrastruktur konektivitas di situs warisan budaya; menyediakan hibah dan literasi digital-storytelling bagi penyelenggara dan UMKM; serta menginisiasi arsip narasi digital nasional festival budaya sebagai alat pelestarian dan promosi.
